Exciting Changes at the Vancouver AIDS WALK!
Positive Living BC is thrilled to announce the Hospital Employees’ Union (HEU) as the title sponsor for the 2018 Vancouver AIDS WALK!
The Hospital Employees’ Union is proud to be the title sponsor of this year’s Vancouver AIDS WALK.
Since its inception in 1944, HEU has been a fearless trailblazer in advancing labour and human rights. Over the decades, HEU has also been a leading defender of Canada’s universal, public health care system.
As a health care union and a social justice union, HEU is pleased to support the work of Positive Living BC in their efforts to provide services and assistance to people living with HIV/AIDS.
Living with HIV has changed, and the Vancouver AIDS WALK is changing too. This year’s WALK is going back to its roots, empowering people living with HIV and those who love and care for them and memorializing the ones we lost too soon.
